Basmane&#8217;de yer alan yar\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131nda,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agora-Pazaryeri-D\u00f6nerta\u015f Sebili rotas\u0131 5 odak noktaya ayr\u0131ld\u0131 ve her K\u00fclt\u00fcrel, tarihi, dini ve do\u011fal unsurlar\u0131n birbirine ba\u011flayan par\u00e7alar\u0131 olarak renk; par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f mekanlar\u0131n ve zaman\u0131n soyutlu\u011funun a\u00e7\u0131k edici bir arac\u0131 olarak dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131. Sembollerin, dillerin, g\u00fcndelik nesnelerin ve do\u011fan\u0131n \u00f6tesinde; g\u00f6rme, hissetme, dokunma, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, hat\u0131rlama, icat etme, ve yaratma \u015feklimiz renklerle derinden ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r \u00f6yle ki hayallerimizin, \u015f\u00fcphelerimizin, korkular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, umutlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez fakat hayal edilebilir renklere sahiptir. Alan\u0131, Pazaryeri Meydan\u0131, Alt\u0131nordu Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc sahas\u0131 ve Namazgah Pazaryeri Camii karakterize etmektedir. Tasar\u0131m\u0131n omurgas\u0131n\u0131 ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en b\u00f6lgelerin birbiriyle ve mahalleyle ili\u015fkisi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerle tasarlanan projede, odaklardaki kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma ve bulu\u015fmalar g\u00f6zetilerek birlik ve beraberlik ortam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, bu sayede g\u00fcvenlik ve aidiyet hissinin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda mahalle sakinlerinin tasar\u0131m s\u00fcrecine kat\u0131lmas\u0131, mahalleyle kurduklar\u0131 ili\u015fkide \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Pazaryeri Mahallesi\u2019nin de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu \u201cSakin Mahalle Program\u0131\u201dn\u0131n amac\u0131, toplum kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile her ya\u015ftan insan i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015f, g\u00fcvenli ve eri\u015filebilir mahalleler olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r. Tasar\u0131m \u00f6nerisi de bu ama\u00e7 do\u011frultusunda \u201cKat\u0131l\u0131m, Tasar\u0131m ve Oyun\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tasar\u0131m, fiziksel, sosyal ve kamusal ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6neriler i\u00e7ermektedir. Fiziksel yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde alandaki t\u00fcm yap\u0131lar\u0131n hasar analizi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hasar analizine y\u00f6nelik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek onar\u0131mlar i\u00e7in uygulama kartlar\u0131 olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Bu kartlar\u0131n mahallede ya\u015fayanlara da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n profesyoneller ve yerel ile yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r. Alandaki Tarih Rotas\u0131, yola iz olarak boyanm\u0131\u015f ve proje alan\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evresiyle de s\u00fcreklili\u011fi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rotaya eklemlenen yaya rotas\u0131 ise meydanlar\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirerek alternatif bir g\u00fczergah olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6lgedeki sokaklar\u0131n yaya \u00f6ncelikli oldu\u011funu belirtmek ve \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 olu\u015fumunun \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in alan a\u00e7\u0131k griye boyanacakt\u0131r. Sakinle\u015ftirici bir y\u00f6n\u00fc olan gri, iyi bir tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 renk olup di\u011fer parlak renkleri \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r. Kamusal yakla\u015f\u0131mdaki odak noktas\u0131, b\u00f6lgedeki bo\u015f alanlar\u0131n meydanlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesidir. Esnek tasar\u0131m ile meydanlar farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde kullan\u0131labilecektir. Mekansal tasar\u0131m\u0131n temel unsuru olan boyama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n etaplanarak mahalleli ile birlikte tamamlanmas\u0131, proje kapsam\u0131nda bir model \u00f6nerisi olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Birinci etapta \u0130zmir Tarihi Liman Kenti Alan Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 UNESCO binas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki meydan, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyetler ve mahallelinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini payla\u015fabilece\u011fi bir bulu\u015fma noktas\u0131 olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda meydanda at\u0131l bulunan duvar, silinebilir beyaz boya ile boyanarak g\u00fcnd\u00fczleri mahallelinin fikirlerini ve sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 yazabilecekleri, standlar\u0131n kurulabilece\u011fi bir alan, ak\u015famlar\u0131 ise a\u00e7\u0131k hava sinemas\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131labilecektir. Meydandaki zeminin oturma d\u00fczenini ve dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131 destekler bi\u00e7imde boyanmas\u0131 planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci etapta Alt\u0131nordu Spor Kul\u00fcb\u00fc An\u0131 Evinin ve sahas\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu meydanda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenlenmeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Sahan\u0131n kenar\u0131ndaki duvarlar silinebilir olup, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrce boyayabilecekleri bir alana d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecektir. Zemine \u00e7izilen sokak oyunlar\u0131 ile \u00e7ocuklar mekan\u0131 daha \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir \u015fekilde kullanabileceklerdir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc etapta Pazaryeri Meydan\u0131, belleklerde kalan bir bayram yeri olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi dolay\u0131s\u0131yla mahalleli i\u00e7in bulu\u015fma ve toplanma alan\u0131 olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mahallenin sosyo-ekonomik durumu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda farkl\u0131 kurulu\u015flar ile yard\u0131m etkinlikeri burada yap\u0131labilecektir. \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesinin in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Pazaryeri Meydan D\u00fczenlemesi\u2019nin ana kararlar\u0131 korunarak kentsel mobilyalar\u0131 k\u0131smi olarak boyama kararlar\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Meydan ve sokaklar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7leri esnas\u0131nda ve sonras\u0131nda herkesin e\u015fit olarak kullanabilece\u011fi eri\u015filebilir kamusal mekanlar, Pazaryeri Mahallesi\u2019nde g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131n kalbi haline gelecektir. Yoksullu\u011fun kent mekan\u0131ndan ve tarihinden \u00e7alma g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi tarihsel izlerin yitirilmesine sebep olmaktad\u0131r.Farkl\u0131 etnik gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bulundurmakta olan b\u00f6lgede sosyo-ekonomik yap\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcndelik ya\u015famda kendisini g\u00f6stermekte ve mekanda g\u00fcvensizli\u011fi beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu ba\u011flamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 olarak belirlenmi\u015f olan , (odak-1) be\u015f odak b\u00f6lgeden olu\u015fan hatt\u0131n Smyrna Agoras\u0131\u2019yla ba\u015flayan giri\u015f k\u0131sm\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin t\u00fcm\u00fcne ili\u015fkin yap\u0131lan analizler sonucunda planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin sosyo-ekonomik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcvensizlik gibi problemlerini rehabilite etmek i\u00e7in alan\u0131n tarihsel \u00f6nemini ve mekansal potansiyellerini renkle birlikte \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karmakt\u0131r. Burada ilk ad\u0131m mekan\u0131n ve g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fant\u0131n\u0131n izlerini takip ederek alan\u0131 dinlemek olarak at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kent merkezinde ya\u015fayamayan bir tan\u0131\u011f\u0131 dinlemek\u2026 Alan\u0131n fizikselde k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 kalan renkleri ve nitelikleri g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fant\u0131ya yans\u0131yamamaktad\u0131r. Rota \u00fczerinde sokaktaki hakikat pek de i\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir. Yap\u0131lardan d\u0131\u015far\u0131 ta\u015fan esnaflar sokaklara renk katmaktad\u0131r fakat sosyal yap\u0131yla entegrasyonlar\u0131 bu denli renkli ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc de\u011fildir. Farkl\u0131 etnik gruplar\u0131n d\u0131\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Yine yap\u0131lar da renkli renkli giyinseler de i\u00e7lerindeki ortam bu kadar \u015fenlikli de\u011fildir. Tarihsel izleri ve sembolleri \u00fczerinde bulunduran say\u0131l\u0131 kap\u0131lar\u2026 Say\u0131l\u0131lar \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc kap\u0131lar bile \u00e7al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylesine nitelikli bir mekan\u0131n g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fant\u0131daki ya\u015fams\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kent i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kay\u0131pt\u0131r. Tam da bu noktada kentten \u00e7al\u0131nan di\u011fer bir kap\u0131 niteli\u011findeki bu b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in Smyrna Agoras\u0131yla ba\u015flayan ilk odak noktas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir ve alan\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcne ili\u015fkin bir s\u00f6yleme ve davetkar tavra sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada b\u00f6lgenin fizikselde k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 kalm\u0131\u015f olan renkleri kullan\u0131larak kentsel mekan\u0131n yitirmekte oldu\u011fu izleri canland\u0131rmak ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tasar\u0131mda ilk ad\u0131m, yan\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ip gidilen Agora \u00d6renyeri ile niteliksiz kullan\u0131mlara sahip olan Agora Park\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki yolu yayala\u015ft\u0131rmak olmu\u015ftur. Bir di\u011feri de tarihi hamam\u0131n yan\u0131nda bulunan ve insanlar\u0131n etkile\u015fimine olanak tan\u0131mayan bo\u015flu\u011fun bu alanla ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak olmu\u015ftur. Renklerin hakim oldu\u011fu bu odak b\u00f6lge kentliyi E\u015frefpa\u015fa Caddesi\u2019nden zemindeki renkli rotalarla davet etmektedir ve burdan da Hatuniye Meydan\u0131\u2019na giden hatta y\u00f6nlendirmektedir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan renkler tarih rotas\u0131, esnaf rotas\u0131, iz s\u00fcrme rotas\u0131, etkile\u015fim alan\u0131 ve bisiklet yolunu tan\u0131mlamaktad\u0131r. Renkler, alan\u0131n fizikselde k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 kalan renklerinin canl\u0131 tonlar\u0131 olacak \u015fekilde belirlenmi\u015ftir. Tarih rotas\u0131 (turkuaz) kentliyi i\u00e7eriye davet ederek, \u00fczerinde tarihsel izler olan yap\u0131lara, \u00e7e\u015fmelere ve kap\u0131lara y\u00f6nlendirmektedir. Esnaf rotas\u0131 (sar\u0131) ise alan\u0131n sosyo-ekonomik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 da kalk\u0131nd\u0131rmak ad\u0131na esnaflara y\u00f6nlendiren hem de odak b\u00f6lgesinde esnaf ve sokak sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na farkl\u0131 duru\u015f alanlar\u0131 sunan bir rotad\u0131r. Rotalardan bir di\u011feri de iz s\u00fcrme rotas\u0131 (pembe), bu rota hem alandaki sakinler hem de kentten dahil olan insanlar i\u00e7in boyan\u0131n her halinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sosyal sorumluluk etkinliklerinin ve farkl\u0131 deneyimlerin rotas\u0131d\u0131r. Sokak (Osmanzade Yoku\u015fu) \u00fczerinde ya\u015fayan halk\u0131n, renklerin ve yerle\u015fim merkezlerinin zengin hik\u00e2yeleri bu alanda hareketi sa\u011flayan \u00f6nemli etmenlerdir. Bu yoku\u015f, Basmane b\u00f6lgesindeki canl\u0131 hareket merkezlerinden biri oldu\u011fu gibi alt k\u0131sm\u0131nda Tevfik Pa\u015fa Oteli ve D\u00f6nerta\u015f Sebili\u2019nin bulunmas\u0131 yukar\u0131s\u0131nda ise Agora\u2019n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgeyi turizm, pazar ve konaklama alanlar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en y\u00fcksek potansiyelli bir alan oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r. Sokak hatt\u0131nda tarihi katmanl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hik\u00e2yeleriyle \u00f6nemli bir yere sahiptir. Hikayeden k\u0131saca bahsetmemiz gerekirse; gevrek satan gen\u00e7 bir k\u0131z, Yunan askerleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve ka\u00e7mak i\u00e7in Osman Pa\u015fa Kona\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu \u00e7\u0131kmaz soka\u011fa girip yard\u0131m istemi\u015ftir. Bu g\u00fcvensizlik sadece g\u00fcvensiz binalardan varl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k faaliyetlerinin yo\u011funlu\u011fundan da kaynakl\u0131d\u0131r. Konak Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan tahliye edilmi\u015f yetimhane b\u00f6lgesindeki \u00e7\u0131kmaz sokak alan\u0131n\u0131 canland\u0131rmak, buradaki halka kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma alanlar\u0131 olu\u015fturmak ve konaklar\u0131n sakl\u0131 \u00f6yk\u00fclerini b\u00f6lge i\u00e7erisinde bulunan art\u0131k malzemelerden yap\u0131labilecek kent mobilyalar\u0131na ve enstalasyonlar\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefledik. Kentte kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f iki tarihi camiden biri olan Hatuniye Camii\u2019nin in\u015fas\u0131 17. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131na dayanmaktad\u0131r. K\u00f6\u015fesindeki s\u00fctunun d\u00f6nmesinden dolay\u0131 D\u00f6nerta\u015f olarak isimlendirilen sebil, 1814 y\u0131l\u0131nda yapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de ticari i\u015flevini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekte olan Anafartalar Caddesi, bu b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlere sahip sakinlerin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ticari kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 haline gelmi\u015ftir. \u00d6b\u00fcr yandan, t\u00fcm alan i\u00e7inde nitelikli kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma mekanlar\u0131n\u0131n az olmas\u0131 ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck ticari faaliyetlerin Anafartalar Caddesi \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi Hatuniye Meydan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bu alan i\u00e7indeki kullan\u0131m \u00f6nemini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Ancak, meydan ve \u00e7evresinin y\u0131llar ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e k\u00f6hnele\u015fmi\u015f dokusu yer-y\u00f6n hissini ve mekan\u0131n alg\u0131lanabilirli\u011fini zay\u0131flatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada; rengin mekanda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ve iyile\u015ftirici \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile kamusal alanlar\u0131n canland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sakinlerin kentsel ya\u015fam kalitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik bir \u00f6neri sunulmu\u015ftur. Meydana yap\u0131lan zemin boyama \u00f6nerisiyle meydan etraf\u0131ndaki yaya ve trafik ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi, meydan ve \u00e7evresinin alg\u0131lanabilirli\u011finin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n meydan ve \u00e7evresini kullanmaya te\u015fvik edilmesi, \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in nitelikli kamusal alanlar\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zemin boyamas\u0131 i\u00e7in, renklerin meydan\u0131n \u00e7evresindeki yap\u0131lar\u0131n renkleriyle uyumlu olmas\u0131 ve renklerin insanlarda uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 duygular renk se\u00e7iminde dikkate al\u0131nan \u00f6nemli iki kriterdir. Meydana yap\u0131lan zemin boyamas\u0131 ile meydan\u0131n bile\u015fenleri i\u015flevsel hale gelmi\u015f ve meydana yeni i\u015flevler eklenmi\u015ftir. Meydan yeti\u015fkinler i\u00e7in bir kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma mekan\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in oyun alan\u0131, sat\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in tezgahlar\u0131n\u0131 kurduklar\u0131 ve dini tesise de hizmet eden bir yerdir. Yer boyamas\u0131 ve renklerle bu i\u015flevlerin mekanda alg\u0131lanabilirli\u011fi artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Meydan\u0131n bile\u015fenlerinden biri olan akslar kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma ve bir araya gelme mekan\u0131 olan meydan\u0131 kullanmaya davet eden sar\u0131 yer boyamalar\u0131ndan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Kullan\u0131c\u0131y\u0131 meydana, meydan\u0131n giri\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131na y\u00f6nlendiricili\u011fi sayesinde kullan\u0131c\u0131 da yer-y\u00f6n duygusunu artt\u0131r\u0131r. Sokak\u2019ta belirlenen alan, renklerle oyun alan\u0131 haline getirilmi\u015f. \u00c7ocuklara ayr\u0131lan bu oyun alan\u0131n\u0131n anne ve \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in bir kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma ve sosyalle\u015fme mekan\u0131 olmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bunlara ek olarak, D\u00f6nerta\u015f Sebili\u2019nin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc artt\u0131rmak ve tarihi de\u011ferine vurgu yapmak i\u00e7in d\u00f6nerta\u015f \u00fcst\u00fcne ikinci y\u00fczey olarak belirlenen kuma\u015f\u0131n \u201c\u0130zmir\u2019in K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131s\u0131\u201d ile renklendirilmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir.
